Health Benefits of Aloe Vera Gel

Ingredients:

200 milliliters of honey, 6 tablespoons of aloe vera gel (it’s important to use the natural gel because the packaged gel contains less of the medicinal properties), 2 organic, unpeeled lemons.

Instructions:

Cut the unpeeled lemons and place them in the blender. Add the aloe vera gel and honey. After blending, strain and place the liquid in the refrigerator. It is recommended that you take one teaspoon in the morning and another at noon, for one week. During the following week, it is suggested that you reduce your intake, taking only the morning dose.

The week after that, don’t take it at all. This treatment has a pleasant taste, but if you’re sensitive to its taste, you can dilute it with a little water. Store the mixture in a glass jar inside the refrigerator. In the event that you adhere to the instructions and dosage correctly, one bunch will last you a month.

Note:

This recipe should not be used by pregnant or lactating women since it might harm the child, or cause the milk to be bitter.
