Home remedy Make Your Old Towels Feel Like New Again

Everyone cherishes getting back home after a long, bustling day, taking a shower, and getting dry with a delicate, clean towel. Towels are household items that we can use frequently, so it's normal for them to absorb less and less over time, and acquire a certain odor.

Then, just to exacerbate the situation, we will, in general, wash them the incorrect way, making them rough. In today's article, we are going to teach you an interesting trick to wash your towels and make them as soft and clean as if they were new. This recipe calls for two easy to find ingredients:

White vinegar and baking soda

Baking soda is a standout amongst the best regular options, in contrast to clothes cleanser since it washes down and deodorizes naturally. It's very useful at getting stubborn smells and stains out of clothes. White vinegar, then again, can be viewed as a characteristic cleanser. It's a great cleaning product due to its high concentration of acetic acid.

This acid decreases, disinfects, gives shine, eliminates odor, and maintains softness. White vinegar is the best kind of vinegar to clean with since it's neutral and has no artificial coloring or aroma like other vinegar. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup of white vinegar, half a cup of baking soda.

Instructions:

Wash your towels in the clothes washer with heated water and vinegar. Leave the towels in the machine, and top it off again with hot water and this time including the baking soda. Run the machine for one more cycle, and afterward, hang your towels out to dry.

If your washing machine doesn't have a hot water option, then you'll have to do it by hand. Give your towels a chance to soak in hot water with the vinegar and baking soda for 30 minutes. When the time is up, clean them, and let them soak for thirty additional minutes.
